APPLICATIONS
TUBE FILLING MACHINES are used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries, mostly for dosing creams, ointments, emulsions, gels and other fluids. The machines are produced in conformity with the standards of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), i.e. parts having contact with the product are made of 316L steel. In other branches of economy they are used for dosing lubricants, glue or paints and many other substances. The machines are manufactured according to specifications delivered by customers.
Generally the machines perform the following process stages: automatically feeding the tube, filling the tube, arranging the graphics, heating up and closing the tube and putting signs on the tube’s surface, aligning the weld and ejecting the filled and ready-to-use tube from the machine.
